(Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with artists and young professionals.
Freight elevator access is available that opens onto the street, and the building has a 15,000 sq. ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. We like to think that we’ve taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There’s a good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to be. Building management however does not permit music rehearsal, recording studios, or pet dogs of any kind.
