There is a permanent sleeping area and loft installed in the center of the room. The space has 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FiOS 75/75 Broadband Internet. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. (Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with artists and professionals.

The building is home to music and art shows, classes, workshops and special events. While there are occasionally things going on in the building, building residents observe quiet hours at night and in general the building is a quiet working environment. We like to think that we’ve taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There’s a real good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to be. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs, music rehearsal, parties, or motor-bikes in your space.

We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with other verified residents.
