The building is occasionally home to art shows, workshops, rehearsals, and film events, but overall we are a quiet environment for working artists and professionals.

On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key access door system with other verified residents.

There is coin-operated laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. We like to think that we’ve taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There’s a real good community in the building and residents are committed to making it a better place to be. Please keep in mind that building management does not permit motor-bikes in your space, parties, music rehearsal, or pet dogs of any kind.
