This is a quiet apartment, with a privacy fence adjacent to a Catholic Church flower garden. Newly installed vinyl sliding windows and sliding glass doors make for very efficient heating and cooling and noise reduction.  There are 16 ft. ceilings, a full size refrigerator, tiled full bath, gas stove and heat, and a gas water heater.

Laundry machines are located in several locations of the building, as well as a full service laundromat and dry cleaner around the corner. The building is located two blocks from the Morgan L train station and four blocks from the Montrose L station.  J/Z train is a ten minute walk.  The neighborhood is an old manufacturing district, with around 15 other renovated factory buildings in the surrounding area.
