One bedroom apartment available in a professional and media/arts oriented building. Unfurnished. Two full walls of windows. This space faces south and east for full sunlight and an active street-front. Several cafés, restaurants, organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular rooftop views. The building is home to music and art shows, classes, workshops and special events.

This space has 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FIOS 75 Mbps Broadband Internet. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. (Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with artists and professionals.

There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. We like to think that we’ve taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There’s a real good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to be. Building management however does not permit music rehearsal or pet dogs of any kind.
