The building is occasionally home to art shows, workshops, rehearsals, and film events, but overall we are a quiet environment for working artists and professionals. This space has 11 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and dedicated Verizon FiOS 75/75 Broadband Internet and wireless to each space. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with other verified residents.
There is laundry on site and 24/7 access to the 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. Building management however does not permit music rehearsal, parties in your space, motorcycles stored in your apartment, or pet dogs of any kind.
