We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with other verified residents.

The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. We like to think that we’ve taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There’s a real good community in the building and everyone here is committed to making it a better place to be. Building management however does not permit motor bikes in your space, parties, music rehearsal, or pet dogs of any kind.

All three of the bedrooms have professionally built lofts – one for a full size bed, the other two accommodating queen mattresses.
